Payment

We accept payment by all major credit cards. The majority of our products are downloadable which means that you have access to them as soon as you pay. The prices we quote for books include VAT, however for downloadable products the prices exclude VAT which is chargeable on the total invoice amount. We charge VAT at the appropriate rate at the time of invoice.

Refunds

For downloadable products, once you have made a purchase you are able to use this straight away. We offer you full free advice on all our products prior to purchase.  Refunds may be given at the discretion of the management.

Copyright and Licence agreement

All The Stairway Consultancy Ltd Games are protected by copyright law. When you buy one copy of a Stairway Activity you/your organisation buy the licence to run the activity as many times as you wish, with the number of teams stipulated in that pack.
