The Stairway Consultancy has extensive experience of designing and facilitating custom-made team events. This includes team building interventions, meetings and conferences. Our consultants are expert facilitators and skilled in working with diverse teams and individuals.

Before any event, we take time to fully understand your objectives and the culture and context for your organisation. We design team building events that are interactive and participative. This includes, where appropriate, developing custom-made team activites and team games.

The Stairway team are accredited in a wide number of psychometric instruments. We use diagnostics such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Prism Team Dynamics,Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Belbin Team Profiling to help teams identify their strengths and blindspots so that they can work together effectively.

Team Building Training

As well as designing and facilitating team days and events, we offer training courses in many different aspects of team building. These include Building a High Performance Team and Effective Team Participation as well as how to get the best from the team such as Motivating Others.

We also have experience of training a wide number of facilitators via courses such as Practical Facilitation Skills which develop the competence and confidence of those new to facilitation.

We have a wide range of ready-made team building activities which are ideal if you are facilitating your own team building event.
