• Practice session with feedback on creating rapport, active listening and effective questioning
• YES sets and their use - scenario exercise
• Reaching agreement - the DEAL process
• Negotiation practice
• Action planning

Course Length:

One day workshop 09.00 to 17.00 with an hour for lunch.
