The aim of this course is to equip you with an in-depth understanding of your own and others personal style preferences in order to build better relationships

Any manager, HR /learning and development professional or member of staff who would like to who would like to better understand their own personal preferences and how these impact on those around them and use this knowledge to build effective relationships

Style of the Course:The course is highly active and participative. Each individual receives a Myers Briggs Type Indicator report and one to one debrief on the day. During the workshop participants undertake activities, exercises and discussions to help them put what they learn into practice.
