Management Development Training
We provide a wide range of Managment Development Training. Designed to increase the competence and confidence of managers, our training places great emphasis on the practical application of skills, knowledge and behaviour.
We design management development training interventions to meet an organisation's specific needs.
Typically we use the Intelligences CompassTMas a framework to help us develop managers' skills, knowledge and behaviours. This is a model that shows that typically managers' development gaps fall into the following four areas:
BQ - Business Quotient are the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to be commercially aware and business focused.
PQ - Political Quotient represents the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to influence and negotiate effectively with others
EQ - Emotional Quotient are the interpersonal qualities needed to build effective relationships
SQ - Spiritual Quotient represents the areas of self awareness and self development
Our management development programmes place great emphasis on individuals taking personal responsibility for their own development. The management development activities we design and deliver centre on work-place assignments, 360 degree feedback, facilitated workshops, action learning groups, one to one coaching, e-learning and the development and review of personal action plans.

We also offer open courses in Performance Management.
Evaluating the effectiveness of management training
We have extensive experience of establishing systems for evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of training interventions. We use the APT process of evaluation: Acquire - what has been learnt on the course, Practice - what have learners been able to practise and Transfer - how have they transferred this learning to the workplace. This allows us to identify and report results of immediate reactions after courses, interim evaluation after a month, and longer term evaluation involving line managers in assessing any change in performance or desired behaviour.
We have a wide range of Training Games, Activities, Toolkits, Books and DVDs.
