Customer Service Training Association Awards
Stairway are delighted that Waitrose and Royal Bank of Scotland have won accolades at the prestigious annual Customer Service Training Association Awards 2010. The awards ceremony had six team categories in total and Waitrose and Royal Bank of Scotland won two of these. The Waitrose Customer Service team also won the Overall Customer Service Training Team of the Year" award. Well done to all!
