Customer Experience Executive Forum 2

Stairway Consultancy held a second Customer Experience Executive Forum on 23 January 2014 in Central London. Speakers included practitioners from Amazon, Waitrose, BMW, Lebara and Carnival UK.

Stairway is partnering with RBS Group to host a series of forum.
