Design and Delivery of Team Building Events

We have extensive experience of designing and delivering team building interventions.  We tailor our events to clients' specific needs.  We ensure that the sessions we run are interactive and participative, taking account of all team members' learning styles.

The aim of the team building workshops we run is usually to encourage the development of a high performing team.  We work with both newly formed and existing teams to help bring about improvements in performance.  When facilitating team building events, we develop activities and exercises in which everyone can take part.  These typically encourage the team to reflect on their behaviours and to identify how they work as a more effective high performing team.  We facilitate the setting of team objectives and action plans.  We help teams identify and overcome blockages, thereby ensuring greater results.

Expert Facilitation

Our experienced facilitation team is expert in designing and facilitating successful team building events, conferences, focus groups, and meetings from between six to six hundred people.  We are supportive and challenging in our style and encourage diversity.

Team Diagnostic Tools

We use a number of psychometric tools to increase team members' awareness of their personal style preferences and the roles they and others play in the team. Participants complete a self assessment diagnostic prior to attending the team building event. They then receive a confidential report and one to one debrief. These diagnostics include, where appropriate:
