Brief Description of Activity
A team activity for teams who want to improve their communication skills, how they influence each other, their awareness of equality and diversity in a team and they arrive at decisions as a team
During this enjoyable activity the team need to make a decision about what course of action to take in a disaster situation. They have 10 minutes to plan individually then a further 20 minutes to come to some decisions as a team. After this time they then take part in a debrief to discuss key learning points from the exercise.
