Team Events and Conferences

We have extensive experience of designing and delivering team events and conferences. We tailor our events to clients' specific needs. We ensure that the sessions we run are interactive and participative, taking account of all team members' learning styles.

The aim of the team building workshops we run is usually to encourage the development of a high performing team. One of the ways we do this is to increase team members' awareness of their personal style preferences and the roles they and others play in the team.

We use a number of psychometric tools to do this, depending on the need of the team. Participants complete a self assessment diagnostic prior to attending the team building event. These diagnostics include, where appropriate, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Prism Personal Performance Mapping, Belbin Team Type Profile, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), FIRO-B and the Bar-On EQi diagnostic of emotional intelligence.

The results of these diagnostics allow the team to describe its current strengths and areas of development as well as the different talents of the team members and how they contribute to the team.

When facilitating conferences and events, we develop activities and exercises in which everyone can take part. These typically encourage the team to reflect on their behaviours and to identify how they can work as a more effective high performing team. We facilitate the setting of team objectives and action plans.

Our experienced facilitator team is expert in designing and facilitating successful conferences and events from between six to six hundred people, from Chief Executives to front line staff.
