The aim of this course is to help you value the differences people from varied backgrounds bring to an organisation, and nurture these. It is about promoting a culture which encourages different groups to work together without prejudice, bullying or stereotyping.

The course is highly active and participative. During the workshop participants undertake activities, exercises and discussions to help them put what they learn into practice

One day workshop 09.00 to 17.00 with an hour for lunch.
