The aim of this workshop is to equip you with essential skills and techniques to become an effective first line manager

Anyone who would like to improve their competence and confidence as a first line manager.


By the end of this course you will be able to:

• Define what you need to do to complete the task, build the team and develop the individual
• Deliver motivational and developmental feedback in an effective manner

• Identify what options you have to create an environment where people feel motivated
