The aim of this course is to equip you with the skills and abilities to effectively apply your employer's disciplinary procedure and process an individual employee grievance application within existing legal requirements and guidance

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

• Identify the common causes of a grievance, employee's legal rights and alternative ways of pursuing a grievance

Style of the Course: The course is highly active and participative. During the workshop participants undertake activities, exercises and discussions to help them put what they learn into practice
