Our courses are designed to ensure that both you and your organisation get the maximum return on investment. All of our courses are delivered by a team of highly qualified, experienced and specialist trainers. They share cutting edge experience in the field in which they train and exemplary presentation skills.

Tailored to Your Needs

Once you have booked a Stairway Training course, we will send you a pre-course assessment form to complete. These forms are individually assessed by the trainer who will deliver your course and will be used to ensure you receive the maximum benefit. 

During the training you will receive a fully comprehensive training manual for you to take when you leave. We also offer a free after-course telephone coaching service, including one to one advice and support.

Locations

Our courses are held in Central London and Birmingham locations. They are easily accessible by public transport.  All courses are non-residential. We can advise you of nearby hotels if you require overnight accommodation.

Timings and Numbers

Delegates need to arrive at 9am. In the first half-hour, you'll register and get a chance to meet your fellow delegates over a coffee. Courses start at 9.30am prompt. Lunch is provided with all our courses - there is a one hour lunch break scheduled between 12.00 noon and 2.00pm. Refreshments are served throughout the day. Courses finish by 5.00pm.

You will receive individual attention, support and feedback during the course. The maximum number of delegates on our courses is eight people.
