Brief description of activity

The leader of the team is given the task of changing the way that their team members are lined up. They need to give clear direction whilst at the same time empowering their team members to arrive at a solution. They need the ideas and cooperation of their team members to achieve the correct outcome.

This enjoyable activity requires the leader to work with the team to work out a process for changing the way they are positioned in a line. The leader is given instructions while the team wait to hear their task. The leader needs to clearly explain the objective of the task. However it is unlikely that they will be able to achieve this without involving and encouraging their team. They need to trust and empower the team to come up with the correct solution.
